Default AJ check raises flop as bluff and turns an A

I'm playing against a regular who is very questionable. He runs at 35/18/2.5 over about 2k hands and has made some bad bluffs and calls, but is sort of tricky in that regard because he has also made some good ones. I didn't reraise preflop because his calling range is seriously just about any two that he raised with here and he'd have position. His cbet % is close to 90, probably close to 100% in a heads up pot, and I decide to take advantage of his wide range and my image (22/17/3).

Thoughts on turn and river?

Villain ($220) opens in the cutoff to $8, folds to me ($220) in the BB w/ A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and I call.

$15, flop 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I c/r his bet of $13 to $35, he calls.

$85, turn A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I pause for a few seconds and check, he bets $60, I call.

$205, river 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], I check, he shoves ($115), I call.

Thoughts? What does my hand look like? What does his hand look like?

Can I get some comments please? Perhaps I should have omitted the turn action, as I'm not sure if leading there is better than checking.

I really like this line. It just looks like he thinks you have a mid pairish hand so he's 2 barrelling you when the ace hits.

I just don't know if he bets any worse hands here, but I guess he might put us on a draw/7. If he's betting the Ace on turn and river doesn't he likely have a better Ace? Does he bet KK-JJ on turn and push river?
