I think the problem of billing customers twice is A. [censored] serious and B. something that really should've been found during testing (you did test the site before making it public?). Someone [censored] up.

Every time i go back to the site on firefox(haven't tried in IE), i need to log in again. Is this supposed to happen, or are the cookies not working yet/properly?

Will I receive a refund for not being able to use the site? The least you can do to remedy this issue is have CTS give me a 2hr coaching session.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, we are also working on other promotion beyond the two gifts for twenty days for those who are having trouble logging in.

am i eligable for these gifts?

[/ QUOTE ]

Hopefully the people *ahem* who managed to solve the problems for themselves (and a few of others) will also be eligible.

When I try to login to the new site, I get the "incorrect username or password message". It could be a problem with the site; or it could be as simple as my having forgotten my login info (with the old site and my cookies, I never really had to re-enter my login information).

In any case, I've posted in this thread and I've emailed admin. I've received 4 standard "we received your response messages" and one message indicating that they couldn't find my account information (to which I responded with all the possible email address I could have registered under). I realize that your resources are stretched to the limit here, so I'm trying to be patient. Please help. Thanks.

Taylor or any other from CR crew,

Paid for my CR upgrade over 48 hrs ago and reveiced email that you got my payment and that my account would be opened in 24 hrs, this was over 36hrs ago.

The site works fine otherwise so I would appreciate if I could get my upgrade today.

username is the same than in here.
