I would bet more on the flop, probalby the pot sized. When called, you can really be happy so I check/call a reasonalbe bet on turn. This early in the tournament, I dont think its worth to throw away a lot of money on a marginal hand.

I really cant see much besides a flushdraw here.

You certainly should bet, but you still dont wanna make a big pot out of this. I probably bet around 190-230, that way, without implied odds (he doesnt have any since youre not calling a reasonable bet when the 3-flush hits the river) he is making a mistake to call.

On the other hand, he's probably got overs with that draw as well, but anyway, giving him decent odds is better than infinite odds.

On the odd occasion this is how he's playing a set, but youre folding to the turn reraise anyway so its no biggie.

Then why bet? It's not like anyone with a draw...or even any semblance of a hand is going to fold to your bet. You're still going to be OOP on the turn, and there are about 432 cards that are going to make you cringe. If you don't want to put a real bet out on the flop, then just check and evaluate based on what has occurred.
