Default 5/10 AA tough spot

Villain is 24/12/1.4 over 300 hands. Not much history, but he did limp AQ 4-handed OTB even with UTG limper a little while ago.

Effective stacks $1000, 6-handed

Hero opens to $35 UTG+1 with black aces, Villain raises to $100 in CO, folds to Hero who calls. I 4-bet this 80%+, but my image was pretty tight, and I thought he would fold everything but QQ+.

Flop ($215) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

My standard play here is to check-raise AI reping the draw. Is this bad? I assumed this was a good play, but if this is a 'tough spot', perhaps I'm really missing something.
