I was drinking bottled beer at a party a few weeks ago and he was there. He now has a moustache and I could tell one side of his lip was larger.

I think he meant the guy wore a condom when having intercourse e.g. he did have the intention of protecting himself but still got screwed over so the moral is you just can't be careful enough.

This is true in the overwhelming majority of cases. There has been, as far as I know, only 1 case recently of an STD being transmitted during the creation of a porno film and that was during a double anal scene which is not what I would call mainstream so it was probably some smaller company producing the film and they didn't follow the procedure that the vast majority of companies follow
