Whos Wrong? Built up frustration explodes

Background:

Me and my SO work together and live together.

Every morning she makes me late 10-15 minutes

Administration has told me 2 times already in the not so recent past that i need to stop coming in late or i may get fired (was told this before she got a job also here)

So i come on time all the time then she gets the job and now im late practically every day.

Incident:


So this morning,

I'm ready and i'm like come on lets go. and she says i can't go look at this i got paint on my pants i got to clean it.

(she had 2 stripes of paint about 3mm thick 1.5 inches long)

I'm like alright just forget about it u can cover it up with a sharpie at work or put another pair of pants on.

She says she can't the other pants smell and she cant go to work like this.

So she goes and sits down trying to fix the pants for a good 10-15 minutes

meanwhile im practically begging her just to put them on or something else and lets go.

She keeps telling me no. and just go without her in an angry tone.

So in a fit of rage i push her bookcase down (3ft tall) yell "I HATE YOU"

and leave.

As i'm driving down the street i see her come outside so i do a U-Turn and she gets in the backseat and comes to work.

I'm sure i overreacted but it was a lot of built up anger from being late for the past 90 days every day but what do u guys think.
