MP is 33/18/2.7/156 and checks flop quickly, calls turn quickly, but thinks for 4-5 seconds before betting the river.

if you feel confident enough in ur read that he has a missed draw, then go ahead and call, but i really wouldn't advocate it.

Is he really gonna bluff a missed draw enough? If you think he's FOS, raise.. if not, fold. I don't think he's betting very thinly here and I'd be very surprised if he's bluffing a missed draw mainly due to the general passivity of a 33/18/2.7

Sure you can. You can evaluate his line, his ranges, odds, etc. You gotta make this decision somehow, I had to as well.

pretty neutral either way

a good player probably vb 55-1010 alot but on a double flush board draws obv make a big part of his range.

call or fold is fine
