Default do i overvalue 2 pair on super connected boards?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($224.15)
UTG ($120.90)
MP ($670.80)
CO ($526.40)
Button ($256.35)
Hero ($390)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $12</font>, Hero calls $10, BB calls $8.

Flop: ($36) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $28</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $68</font>, Button folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $378</font>,

it's 144 more to villain.

button (who folds on the flop) is kind of aggro and bad, otherwise i would've folded preflop. the bb is basically unknown but has not done anything noticable in ~20 hands and has normal stats.

Yea shoving in on a shorstack is ok here I guess. You will often be up against better hands, but, I rele don't fold this. BTW, if button is aggro and bad, I 3bet preflop here. I sorta, though nitty, lean towards fold vs the SB, or flatcall and get it in on safe turn. EVERY TIME I have this kinda hand on this kinda board with this action, im up against like AT, 9T, or KQ lol. Without reads folding is actually kinda good here.
