Default AQ reraised pot, line check. 600NL

Effective stacks $509.

Villain (27/9/4 over 90 hands, no special reads) raises UTG to 18, I three-bet AhQh from the BB to 66, he calls.
Flop is A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (pot $135)
I c/c a $54 dollar bet.
Turn is 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
I check, he instapushes (389 into 243 pot), I fold.

How's my line? I was planning on valuebetting smallish on turn and river if he checked through. I think that if I bet and get raised on this flop I have to fold, but it would be a very close decision. So I decided to check to avoid a flop raise.

If I checked the flop I wouldn't fold in general.

game is 4-handed, also what range are you giving him for the shove. his street aggression numbers were 1.2/7/3.25. do you think the standard play in this situation should be bet/call on the flop?

I often flat-call preflop since he was utg, and as played i usually bet/call the flop.

UTG in 4 handed game is CO. I will assume that you didn't see my follow up post because three-betting CO with AQ is standard.

yeah, you're right i didn't notice your second post, utg 4 handed is obv exactly the same as co 6 handed, but you didn't specify it was 4-handed in the OP, please specify next time. 3-betting is obv fine/standard vs co.
