Default coldcalling with JTs on the button

stars 3.30 rebuy at the end of the third hour, still some way before the bubble

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t1200 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG (t35200)
UTG+1 (t11919)
MP1 (t61379)
MP2 (t10142)
MP3 (t51750)
CO (t9615)
Hero (t74714)
SB (t37320)
BB (t33212)

Preflop: Hero is Button with T, J.
2 folds[/i], MP1 calls t1200, 1 fold, MP3 raises to t3600, 1 fold, Hero calls t3600, 2 folds, MP1 folds.

The limper is incredibly bad, min betting all the way with ace high hoping someone will fold etc. He limps a lot, almost never raises (25/2.5).
Raiser is very active (26/14) and has recently gone up from 10k by getting insanely lucky (winning shove with a5o against ak, flopping 2 straights with SC). Raiser is very good and probably well aware of how bad the limper is thus trying to isolate here. I call expecting that Villain's Hand is possibly quite weak here and that I have a good chance of taking the hand away from him at some point, as well as having a very well disguised hand myself that can bet a lot of flops that it doesnt hit.
I've been pretty active myself (20/10), restealing from SB against villain a few orbits past.

Flop: (t9400) 4, 8, 8 [color=#0000FF](2 players)</font>
MP3 checks, Hero bets t5000

Am I running into traps here a lot or is a thinking villain well aware that my range should be tigher than his and so he's c/fing all non pairs?

This seems OK to me, but you'll have to give up if he calls or raises this.

The aggressive player checking is suspicious. However the flop is unlikely to hit him and it didn't hit us. This is a spot for us to take a stab at the pot and take it down. I like the bet and it's size.

Reraise definetly isn't bad but I think calling is better. If he does infact have a hand this time he can blow us off our hand that has great value post-flop especially while we are in position. With more marginal hands I would like a reraise.
