i'm not saying it's a genius thread or anything, but the OP is pretty specific about what constitutes an 'ingredient'. and 'milk duds', 'in-n-out burger', etc don't really meet the criteria

Just say 'wheat' and you get bread, pasta, beer, etc.

I can mix and match a ton here. My contribution to this thread is Sashimi Grade Tuna. Most of us could live off this as a main source of protein for life.
