Default 2-4 lightish flop checkraise against 3-bettor

villian is pretty tight but probably 3bets a decently wide range here. His agg is 8.4 after 800 or so hands, but I don't think he's a total idiot. Given the flush draw, my hand, and the fact that he won't get it in here if he's a serious dog, does anybody not like this?

Pot Limit Omaha Ring game
Blinds: $2/$4
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $138.50
UTG+1: $653.85
Hero: $1368.30
Button: $410.40
SB: $208.70
BB: $410.50

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $12</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Button raises to $36</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($78, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">Button bets $78</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $312</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Button raises all-in $374.4</font>, Hero calls.

I like, depending on what he views your checkraising range as. I wouldn't be surprised to see him show down hands like JT98 or similar here.

I see aggressive players do this all the time, but I think you are much better off check-calling the flop. Then on the turn betting any diamond and check-raise if you make your str8. You are a big dog if villain has AAxs [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], but then you should be check-folding the flop if that's your read.

this is really not light, once you call preflop you have to play the flop this way. If you had 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], that would be "light".
