Fold Good Ace After BTN Steal
Villain 23/12/2 over a large sample. River fold is good, right? Would anyone fold the turn? What about reraising the flop? I actually felt okay about my play here but I wasn't sure......

Re: Fold Good Ace After BTN Steal
For the ones who say fold flop: What is the minimum for hero to continue after the flop raise?

fold flop fold turn fold river [/ QUOTE ] hey, how are you guys so confident about folding the flop? Do you think this player is never bluffing in this spot? I can see folding the turn, since a 2 barrell bluff is less likely, but please explain the flop..... CDC, it wouldn't be a reraise as a bluff, it would be to catch those times that he's bluffing but still has outs..... |

Re: Fold Good Ace After BTN Steal
This is fine, but you should know how often this player takes shots at preflop raisers. Vs a lot of nits at 2/4 folding flop is perfectly fine. Would he always reraise AK here pre?
Folding the turn is good as well. It all depends on the player, but against a lot of players in party 1k I would take this line. |

The prob is I don't know anything about him but those stats. I assume that, because a bunch of good posters think a flop fold is clear, this kind of flop bluff is uncommon at these stakes from a player with these stats. I may be misguidedly projecting my thinking, because this is exactly the kind of bluff that I make sometimes. |
