neteller account closed?!

Today, I made my first deposit into neteller using a party poker cash out. I also deposited 15 dollars through electronic check just to be safe. When I got home I tried to log in and it said my neteller account was closed. Does anyone know why? And how do i get my money back.

If its your first deposit they will prolly ask you to send ID or something similar.

But I just dont get why you make a post here instead of calling Neteller right now. Nothing we can say here can activate your account.
