Default 25NL TTP+FD in multiway pot.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|saw showdown

UTG+1 ($19.60)
MP1 ($8.85)
MP2 ($28.40)
MP3 ($7.10)
CO ($25.40)
Button ($25.45)
Hero ($25)
BB ($22.15)
UTG ($31.25)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.25, MP1 calls $0.25, 1 fold, MP3 calls $0.25, 1 fold, Button calls $0.25, Hero completes, BB checks.

I thought a bit about raising here and would definitely have done it with AKs, but AQ is iffy for me and there are a ton of people in here, so I call and see what the flop brings.

Flop: ($1.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG+1 checks, MP1 checks, MP3 checks, Button checks.

I go for ye old check-raise, figuring that one of these million people is very likely to stab at this. It seems I was mistaken. lol

Turn: ($1.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 players)
Hero bets $1.25, BB folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP3 folds, Button raises to $4, Hero calls $2.75.

The turn gives me a draw to the nut flush, and no one bet last street so I bet out and get raised by the button. With top 2 and the draw I thought 3 betting might be good, but wasn't sure I'd call if he shoved so I called the 3bet.

River: ($9.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $10.5, Hero calls $10.50.

Villain overbets pot on a blank river. My issue is that my hand played out like a draw (flop check, turn bet/call, river check) so he could easily have me on a missed draw and be trying to push me out with his own missed draw. I think there are a lot of other 2pair hands here, but the straights are certainly possible. Any better lines here?

Final Pot: $30.50

In a vacuum, I'd probably shove over the turn raise also. I swear, though, in the last month, I've lost a good amount of money against straights when I've had lower straights, sets, and 2 pair. I feel like this is making me less aggressive with 2pair hands as well. :/

RAISE PREFLOP it is not ok to play a hand 28840320 ways that's most likely outcome that you hit is TP2K unless your folding/handreading skills are good on later streets; you're gonna vbet yourself good in a lot of cases.

Bet flop please, 3bet turn.

I guess you call and hope he has a worse 2 pair. That's not usually a recipe for success.

Raise preflop. You'll be surprised how much you can thin the field. Leading the flop is better than c/r bc even if a TP hand like A8 A7 leads, they will most likely fold to a c/r or even if they call, they will fold to turn aggression. Since your hand is disguised to a degree, I like leading here to get some action from weaker As and even Ks. As played, I like the 3bet on the turn. Easy call on the river I'm not surprised if he shows up with KT here though.

bet flop
turn/ you're drawing to nut flush, nut full house; I'd lean more towards calling this raise; I'm putting villain on a made str8 more often than a lower 2 pair- b/c a raise in this sit. by villain w/ 2 pair would just be stupid
river/ you've shown strength on turn by calling. I'm a bit surprised they don't shove here, but they probably bet what they figured you'd call. I think you're up vs. a str8. W/ 6 to the flop, I'd feel vulnerable w/ 2 pair and AQJ9 on board and button raising turn, then betting over the pot on river. T8, KT. Fold river. Small chance of a wild bluff or overplayed 2 pair, but not worth paying to see.

First of all, i hate completing with AQs... thats one of the hands that i start raising with in the blinds.

Raise it up preflop and cbet the flop... please.

I really hate this play because you dont know where you stand through most of the play.
