Default TPWK - Easy fold or easy call? 5NL

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($2.94)
Hero ($6.50)
UTG ($2.12)
MP ($1.64)
Button ($1.23)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Button calls $0.02, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.05) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.05</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $0.2</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $0.15

When i get into this situation and i make a pot sized bet with top pair, and i get raised, it's very difficult for me to decide what to do next. Should i think "well i have a weak kicker and i shouldn't play a big pot, i fold."? Or should i be thinking "I have top pair. There is two other low cards on this board so i probably have the best hand, i call."?
