B & M vs. Home games

I play mostly 1/2NL and 2/5NL in the casino and occasionally play in private home cash games at the same limits. I find that there are pros and cons to both and I thought I would list them and see what everyone thought and if they have similar thoughts. Also wondering how many people play in private home games?

CASINO PROS:

-Ocasional drunker, looser, gambler types players that add to EV.
- Familiarity with certain players
- More comfortable chairs
- Restaurants available
- Only 25min drive
- Can play as long as I want
- Almost always a full table
- Bigger pre flop raising = bigger pots = more action

CASINO CONS:
- Less hands per hr
- More rake
- Too much noise, trash talking, wild behavior at times
- More varience due to higher gambling style of play some players
-Have to wait for a table

I have weighed these pros and cons heavily, but over the last year I know that regardless of hands and rake I still turn a higher profit at the casino. On the other hand, I can't help but be attracted to the lower rake at home game and how much that adds up over the course of a year. In 2006, I calculated that I gave my local casino over 10k in rake. Fortunately, I still turned a decent profit. Just wondering what everyones thoughts were on this. Like I said there are pros and cons to both, and both are still profitable, but for whatever reason I just do better in the casino.

Where is this home game where the dealers are faster than the average casino dealer? Mind you, many casinos now have shuffle machines. I have a hard time imagining more hands per hour in a home game.

Too much noise and variance depends on just who you're playing with.
