I have Ah Qh and raise from MP, and a new face cold calls, he is late thirties white, looks clean cut, and as I was moving to raise I could tell he already has his mind set on calling.

figure an average 8/16 to 20/40 game with 4-5 players seeing the flop most hands.

LP calls a lot PF but doesn't continue much unless he has a hand.
BB is a good player.

c) bet, maybe check if BB is tricky/prone to c/r.
d) bet
E) bet

I'm betting all of the T98 hands because of our gutshot.

Probably the only one I'd check is C, maybe B depending on how I felt at the time.

Spend a weekend at Commerce. Only make it six or seven to the flop for 3 bets.
