i never complete there. I raise to 175 or 200, and fold to any reraise.

Raise usually. Complete sometimes to disguise your complete-and-steals, especially against a guy who likes to play back.

I'm completing this. Your raise would only fold out worse hands (weaker kings and queens) which we want to stay in and t50 you win most of the time isn't worth anything... Bigjoe stated this in his videos several times IIRC.

haha, i have always raised here but that last video is why i posted the hand. i think in the icon video hero had KJ and it was L2 (bb = 30). but in L2 you win 45 chips and L3 you win 75 chips, and i think the 75 chips are decent in this spot.
