This river raise means 77's is losing or atleast losing often enough to make folding more profitable than calling that check/raise.

Icky spot.

I think I want to see an SD here, so rather than make a thin a value bet and have to fold to a river raise, I like check-calling.

What can he realistically pay you off with here? AK, maybe AQ(a big maybe)and 66,55, maybe 22.

Seeing a SD is also good on your psyche, so you won't question yourself about this hand later on. Plus, you get info on how the villain plays in these steal situations.

Since you bet the river I think you should fold to the raise. I wouldn't bet here though, since I don't think we're ahead often enough when called.

If you were last to act, this might be a thin value bet but only if you can fold to a raise (i.e. you trust this guy not to go for a bluff).

As played, I guess i go for a c/c on the river to induce from AK/AQ. I don't see myself b/f the river because I trust no-one.

I think these hands are virtually never betting, but sometimes calling. Bet/fold for me.
