Default It\'s that time again! Official bi-weekly Flipament Series 10/18/06

Well, it's that time again. Starting 10/18 at 8pm EST, I'll be hosting 11 flipaments of varying buyins.

8:00pm: Startin the night off with the standard $10 flipament. password is "passwordone1"

8:10pm: $22 Flipament password is "passwordtutu"

8:20pm: $22 Flipament password is "treytrey"

8:30pm: OH MY, WHAT'S THIS?? A new element added to the Flipament formula - $22 NL OMAHA Flipament. Same format as the original, except now we get 4 cards! password is "omaha1"

8:40pm: $55 NLH Flipament, password is "passpass"

8:50pm: $33 NLH Flipament, password is "whatever"

Now, here's when the High Stakes Flipaments start.

9:00pm $110-1 Flipament. To enter, send $100 to AJunglen7 (Stow) on PokerStars, and PM me your Stars ID. Once I get the transfer I'll send you the password. The same applies for the $200, $500, and $1k flipaments.

9:10pm $210-1 Flipament for password see above

9:20pm $510-1 Flipament, for password see above

9:30pm $1010-1 Flipament, for password see above

Payouts for the HS flipaments:

1-8 Entrants: (1st-75%, 2nd-25%)
9-32 Entrants: (1st-50%, 2nd- 25%, 3rd - 12.5%, 4th - 12.5%)
33+ (1st - 35%)(2nd - 20%)(3/4th = 10%)(5th-8th = 6.25%)

The $10 used to enter will be paid out according to the pokerstars default payouts system

Last time when we ran the $100+ flipaments the money handling was very smooth, and nobody cheated. I will do everything in my power to make sure this continues.

Finally, we'll end the night with the standard $22 Flipament at 10:40pm est. password is "finale"

The flipaments are hosted on PokerStars, as usual and can be found in the Private Tourney's Tab. They're called "MTTC's Flipament #1 - #10, and "Last flipament of the night"

Come join the fun!

Cheaters Policy: If you intend to cheat, do not enter. Cheaters in buyins 44< will be banned for several days, and if you cheat on any buyin higher, a lifetime ban will be enforced. Cheaters in the flipaments where I hold the money will obviously not be paid.

There is a difference between cheating and being AFK. I urge everyone to make their best efforts to be at their computer at the start of the flipaments. You will not be punished if you forget, but will likely be criticized by every living creature. In the event a player returns after sitting out, if his stack is < 1000 he will forfeit the flipament. If their stack is 1000 or greater, then the other player will raise an amount leaving him/her 1,500 and the returning player will re-raise. After the player folds, the flipament will resume with each player having 1,500 stacks.

I think it should be PLO, or even better, have a limit tournament with no cap

I think if the player returns late they should just start pushing in with what they have. They are at a disadvantage considering they will have to win multiple times and that seems like a good punishment for being late.

Also, how are you going to work it in later rounds? Round 3 we will have 6k chips, so it's when you get down to 4k then you automatically lose?

I would like to think if someone is there for round one, they'll be there for another 20 seconds.
