Default 24+2 FT 26K gtd...JJ pre flop against weak villain

villain is a pretty bad player from what I have seen so far. He limped UTG and then called a shortstack all in earlier w/ A 8 suited. He lost and thats how he got to be the shortstack he is. Do i want to risk this many chips this early though with Jacks or is this an insta-call?
