Assume that whatever you pick all meals would be prepared by a professional well versed in that cuisine.

It's between Italian and French for me. In the end, I went Italian because I enjoy some of the dishes that are just simple and good and not always as extravagant as French is known to be.

I would pick Thai or Japanese. I used to live in Thailand so I am swayed a bit because of my knowledge of how varied their cuisine is. For instance, I don't know what I would eat in the morning if I picked Japanese. But I think sushi is the best food there is, so I don't think I would be disappointed if I picked Japanese.

Either way, not eating bread or cheese anymore would be tough.

Indian is to UK what Mexican is to US...

I should know, I am a US soldier in the UK, feening for some even halfway decent mexican. Closest thing here is Chili's.
