I'd check the flop. If he keeps firing on turn, I'm probably folding.

Unless villain is very aggro preflop, he is probably not 3-betting 99 and worse, except for maybe AK and on occasion AQ. An aggressive player with AK is raising you on the flop here, but so are JJ+. I would fold to the flop raise.

Another option would be to stop-n-go (check-call the flop, lead the turn). This would get some value on the flop by letting someone who 3-bet with AK make their c-bet, and leading the turn for about 2/3 pot tends to look like a slowplayed trips, boat, or quads (the fact that so many players in the micros chronically slowplay anything bigger than top pair helps with this). A raise on the turn means you are probably beat for certain, and even a call would merit check-folding the river.

From the way this is played, it really feels like villain has JJ or greater, and most likely AA due to his river bet.

His min 3-bet pre-flop smells of AK, AQ, or JJ-AA. I really don't think someone who minraises the flop here is doing it with AK or AQ. Then the turn bet is minimum (I think) and the AI on the river is definitely Ax.

This hand would be tough to laydown against a non-donk, but I think from the way it was played it would be a good idea to lay this down on the turn.

Check the flop take it from there. What did you hope to accomplish by this flop donk?

bet/fold turn would be my line here, hoping to fold out unpaired premium Ax, while minimising losses vs his overpairs to your hand. I don't think smaller overpairs are that much of his range given small 3 bet.
