A book was written about my grandfather (and later a movie) A civil action. He is the villian in the book.

[/ QUOTE ]

Was he the lawyer, head of one of the companies, or someone else?

Is that the one where Erin Brockovich gives him the water and they play "Every Day is a Winding Road"?

The Glass Menagerie by Tennesee Williams. It's a play, but we read it in book form in high school. Friggin awful. Thank god it was short.

I'm sure there's many others that I cannot think of, and do not want to think of, but 'Rose Red' by Stephen King has to be up there.

Conversely, is anyone else a Donald Westlake fan?

Any sequels to "Rich Dad, Poor Dad".

All the Brian Herbert Dune novels (yet somehow I continue to buy them)

The Great Gatsby (Just because a trashy romance novel is X years old doesn't mean it is literature)

And the winner: Killer online poker, quite possibly the worst book I have ever opened.

I can't remember the name of the book, but it was some piece of crap by Norman Mailer set in ancient Egypt.

Lol thats crazy talk. The bible is easily one of the best books ever. It's better if you're an atheist, you can appreciate it more.

Edit: You gotta read an older version where the language hasn't been dumbed down and the poetry of the thing is still intact.
