Maybe we can figure out by the process of elimination who is doing it. Since I am getting multiples, my first guess would be the OnGame skins. But maybe just one a-hole is doing it all.

Don't ever attempt to unsubscribe from spam emails. Clicking any links they send you is basically telling them your email address is valid and they'll spam you even more.
