well my plan was to deposit 20+20 and then go for the max on the 3rd deposit which was supposed to give me 320% only on the 2nd I only got 10% bonus so I am not really to keen to try the 3rd deposit. Anyone know why they would blatantly disregard their own promotion like this?
are they trustworthy?

32 Vegas is a tough call. Many report no problems with them, while others are outright lied to about the non-existence of bonuses that are advertised on the front page.

I, personally, wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.

The thing with 32Vegas is that you should chat with the support and make them believe that you are a "stupid" gambler. Then you will have no problem at all, except sending in documents and wait for the cash-out (can take some time).

Don't ask if BJ is allowed or stuff like that, at least not until you have recieved the third deposit bonus of 320%. Just talk about how fun some of the slots are, and joke about the jackpots. Ask stupid questions. A 20+20+100 deposit line looks a little bit suspicous. I would recommend depositing like 20+40+100, and tell the support that you want to deposit small first to see if you like the software and if you can find a funny slot.

On your next deposit, talk/ chat how fun it was, and that you are going to try once more to hit the jackpot at some silly slots. Deposit a little more. On you third deposit, talk some more about how good the software is, that you had a fun time etc, and that you are going to try a third time, who knows, maybe it's your lucky day today?

It is important though to always, in prefered stupid way, ask what the next deposit bonus is. Even if they don't suspect that you are a bonus abuser, they can accidently mix it up. I got the 320% bonus on my second deposit, which of course didn't made me happy.
