I live in MIA and have played poker with some Heat players. The guys that I have played with are Eddie Jones, Earl Barron, and Antoine Walker, so I would guess it was them. I'm sure Eddie was there, Toine and Barron aren't good but Eddie is actually decent.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah I've played with Earl Barron before...probably a year or more ago. From what I remember he wasn't that good either.

Top notch NVG material. Well done, OP!

Mr. stolen chips himself: Lisandro.

[/ QUOTE ]

Link please? Apparently I missed something and the search function is failing me.

[/ QUOTE ]

Reference to the Main Event last year at the WSOP. Prahlad accused Lisandro of not posting an ante, called him a thief, stupid drama bomb then dropped. Made for good TV, but when you realize the whole thing was pretty dumb in the first place, I'd rather have watched poker being played.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is not correct.

Lisandro accused Dustin Holmes (2p2er imthedirt) of not posting his ante. Prahlad thought he did, an argument went forth where Pra accused Lisandro of being crooked or something and Lisandro got all alpha male and retarded.

actually nicky is right. i didnt think lisandro accused anything. there was an ante short and lisandro said he already threw his in. prahlad said he saw dustin throw in an ante and insinuated that lisandro was trying to claim that dustin's ante was his own.

The entourage wasn't quite as polite. I heard several dozen f-bombs from both sides as Lisandro adamantly fought with the floor claiming that Nevada law (?) mandated that any game in the room be open to anyone with the money to play.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is correct. The most famous example was back during the first Beal vs Corp matches when someone (Ted Forrest?) sat in the game un-invited. If you are playing in a poker room, you can't have a closed game, although you can do exactly what the guys in the story did and just have everyone sit out until the unwanted person leaves.

A+ gossip here. And yeah that is a law. I don't exactly think the entourage "sat out until the person left" though lol.

BTW, to the OP; the more names, the better. They're just gambling, and get caught doing worse stuff all the time. It's not like you posted about them getting free monies from car dealerships in college or something on teh interwebs lol Bomaraments.

Dids I'm 100% sure I'm correct here, as I have no life and have nothing better to do than watch poker reruns from last year over and over again on TV. You can call me out on pretty much anything else, but I got this one.

Youre still wrong. The dealer said there was an ante missing. lisandro said he put his in but he didnt think dustin put his in. at this point, dustin puts his in. After this, prahlad keeps saying that they should check the cameras to make sure. He then says he doesnt trust lisandro and that he thinks its weak that they trust him just because hes a name player and he wants the cameras checked. prahlad never calls lisandro a thief, but lisandro repeatedly says "are you calling me a thief?". Lisandro went wayyyy over the top here imo, especially with the "ill take your head off" thing.

Yes, this was confirmed on the video replay on ESPN.
