Steal their mail. Stamped "Deceased" on it. Then do this.

Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally simple.

Go to Borders, or Barnes and Noble, or any place that sells magazines.

Walk around the magazine section and pick up a bunch of those subscription cards.

Go home, fill them out, like 3 dozen of them, with the businesses name and address, (be sure to mark, "START MY SUBSCRIPTION NOW, BILL ME LATER")

Sit back and watch as the mailman gets a ton of work and the owner spends a ton of time canceling the orders, it will literally take him hours to do over the next couple months.

Profit?

If OP wants to tread lightly around possible libel I think it's safe to say we can rule out felonies.

Stealing mail is -EV IMO

what are other ways i can [censored] them over?

Assuming this dry cleaners is like most it's run by the owner. Find out who that person is. Go online and google "mortgage refinance". Start going to every hit and filling out the forms for a quote on a refinance with the owners name and the phone number of the store. You can make up the rest of the information. The more you fill out the better, each time you fill one out the information goes out to multiple companies that will begin calling the store. The store will start to receive nonstop phone calls from mortgage companies trying to sell him on a new loan. These guys are relentless and the store will probably have to change their phone number. You can also click on the banner adds you see on msn.com etc.

This not only works for mortgage companies but also other stuff too...ie "debt consolidation" "past due tax settlements" "auto loans" "refinance student loans" and i'm sure a ton of other things you can think of.

You can literally make his phone ring off the hook with these people calling. It's enough to drive these people insane.

Get their fax machine number and fax them nonstop until you feel they have used up $130 worth of paper.

Free money for the receiver of a junk fax, and really easy to trace.
