I think this is the tool I used awhile back, there are numerous ways you can do it. Reinstalling windows is definitely a last resort that I would not recommend.

I was trying to remember the name of the one I used a few times. This was it -- and it worked.

Are there no other users in the Administrators group on the box? Just right click my computer and click manage----Local users and groups---groups---administrators. see if anone else is listed in that group. If so, then any one of them can change the Administrator password from the users section. Just right click Administrator and choose set password.

Also is this computer a member of a domain? If so, then this guy is a complete moron.
