Is this guy's "productivity" somehow altered by special effects, or is it completely legit?

No idea if this is how it's done in the industry but an ice cube on the balls before you finish = serious distance (don't ask how I know this).
Also a few days with no activity beforehand will increase the total amount (I assume this is common knowledge).

I laughed at the "special effects" idea, though. Most porn productions do have an unlimited CGI budget expressly for this kind of stuff.

you can take supplements to increase production, Zinc will increase the size of your load. There's also products out there like "the ropes" or whatever it is that do this also.
