Eat a bunch of guacamole (SP?). It'll make you drop bombs...
Also i find the longer the activity the larger the load. I naturally "produce" a lot myself and it's always larger when the sexual act has been longer. So 20 mins of [censored] = little load vs. 1 1/2 hour(s) of [censored] = larger load. Assuming that part is common knowledge as well.
