My friend that lives in Seattle says that half the city has a power outage. Anyone that lives there can update on this? Is this going to effect the game in anyway?

No. Your friend is wrong, or at least his info is outdated. Two weeks ago, a huge storm blew in through the city, but power has returned. (unless there's something I don't know about).

[/ QUOTE ] TY, I guess he just hasn't had TV to see that information. He is calling me up every few minutes to get updates on the Colts game. I'm guessing this is not going to effect the start of the game at all.
