Quick I suck at playing tiny pairs hand

15/30 Stars 6max. Fish limps UTG and fold to me otb I have 22. Both blinds are pretty TAGgy. SB I've been playing with all day now and at first he was 3betting me a ton and now he seems to be playing more normal. Maybe he thinks I'm good, maybe he thinks I'm too stupid to fold, maybe he's tired/on tilt from playing so long. BB is relatively unknown, he's just been playing tight and raising the hands he plays.

Since I'm so bad at playing 22-33 specifically I have no idea whether I should fold, call or raise here.

i dont mind a raise here
if the blinds are likely to fold

the more theyre willing to come along
the less inclined i am to get involved

I'd raise. It's like my default play with a playable hand on the button! The fish will make the pot protected from bluff/semibluffs in case either of the TAGs come along from the blind.
Pairs are easy to play!

Calling is fine too. I would just play for set value, esp if you're not comfortable after the flop and other people have been playing back at you/your image is cheesed.

This is a call or fold decision for me. If the initial limper is a really bad player, or if there's a fish limping in front of me and a fish in the blinds then Im always calling.

The times I fold is usually when the fish limper is not that bad and the players behind me are good/decent so I'm unlikely to turn a profit playing for set value.

I dont raise in this spot becuz its just too hard to isolate online. Someone seems to always get in the way and even when we miss the flop but have the best hand there will still be many times we'll get outplayed off the winner since we have a hand that cant take any pressure unimproved.

If I could think of a theoretical situation where I would Iso raise with this hand, it would be if the limping fish was extremely straight forward and the blinds were both weak tight. All these variables aligning is a very rare event online.
