I play it the same on the flop and am shoving any non-spade turn. Not sure what I'm doing on a spade turn though.

I'm probably still shoving a spade turn. You probably have some FE at that point and you have boat outs, possible FD outs if he has lower flush.

I don't really like the bet size on the flop, I'm probably just shoving here. As played on the flop, I'm shoving the turn.

no point in CR turn, either c/c or shove it all in and I lean towards shoving it in since pot is already pretty big and expect you would both be all-in by the river anyway

i think your 3bet on the flop is too small... if you think he's drawing then $22 is not enough, he only has $12 to call into a pot of ~$43, plus good implied odds because you have committed a good chunk of your stack.
If you aren't going to shove the flop, then i think it would be better to call and pot a non-spade turn
