Default 2 pair in a tough spot

Party 100 NL 6-max. The first orbit so no read on Villain yet. I have about $100 and villain covers.

Im in the BB with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Pre-flop:

Villain limps in MP1, others fold, SB raises to $3, Hero calls, Villain calls

Flop: ($9) A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero bets $7, Villain minraises to $14, Hero calls

Turn: ($37) 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero bets $20, Villain pushes, Hero slams the mouse and ?
