Bet something small likie 5 on the river he has the busted draw. Give him a chance to call or bluff not fold. Im sure you have the best hand. If he had a set or anything better he would have raised the turn

Bet small, like $5. Once you bet the river he's got to know that you have a pair of tens beaten and he isn't going to call with a busted draw. I don't mind a check here either but betting is def. best.

I don't like overbetting the turn either. Pot the flop and turn if you want to build a huge pot. This will make the bets $.60, $1.35, $4, $11 push into $12 pot on the river.
