Yeah I'm not scared of the Ravens offense either but they do have McGahee who always torches the Jets. This team needs some serious help. I know we played a quality team but wow what a terrible effort.

If only Chad Pennington could have shown up in this big Season opener we could've pulled it out

Default Horrible loss for so many reason...

Jet fans,

I think reality bit us in the fannie yesterday.

The team looked horrible. I predicted in an earlier thread that the Jets would finish between 7-9 and 9-7.

I don't even think the Jets will finish 7-9 after that debacle yesterday.

The Jets fans who booed when Pennington went down affirmed why the rest of the league consider Jets fans "white trash".

"Mangenius" looked like "Manidiot" yesterday, the team got outworked.

I waited to get a nights sleep before posting, however I think this season will turn out a disaster.

Does anyone think Clemens steps in this weekend?

I don't think Mangini would want to throw him to the wolves against the Raven defense on the road next week.
Is it too early to start calling D'brick D'bust?

I'm ashamed to be associated with Jets fans who cheered yesterday. What a bunch of [censored] morons. The guy gives you everything hes got, trys to hobble off the field with no help and people are cheering when Clemens comes in. I was really hoping the cheers were for Pennington trying to be a warrior and get off the field under his own power, but that wasn't the case.

I am not a huge fan of Pennington, but I respect the guy. I believe Clemens is our future which may be as soon as this season, but Pennington trys to give this team everything he possibly can and that's what I love about this guy. If you want Clemens to be the Jets qb fine, but do you [censored] idiots want Clemens to take over because Pennington gets hurt?
