Default NL50: flopped a straight on a nasty looking board

I'm running 15/9 after about 120 hands, been quiet for a while. The table is pretty loose, but nothing too crazy. Ok to bet this flop?

Prefloop is pretty gross if the table is "pretty loose". Bet flop obv.

Really? I like to mix it up sometimes raising with suited broadway/JT from UTG. Is it that bad?
