Partypoker Screenname change problem

I want to change my Screename at Partypoker but i always get the error message:
"You are currently logged in from the client; please logout to be able to change the screen name."

But im not logged in from the client.(I tried to login/logout a couple of times)

I wrote 2 mails to partypoker due to this problem but didnt get any reply.

God, this is so annoying.
Anybody knows a solution?

Just create multiple accounts, just try not to end up on the same table with yourself.
