Monitoring Internet Usage

There are 4 logins on this PC.

I want to limit 1 person to 1 hour per day.

Is there any software that will allow this?

Are you trying to restrict login, or just internet usage? If it's login, you can probably do it with Group Policies in Windows XP. If it's just internet usage, it will be more difficult, and I think you'll have to use a program like cybersitter or similar child-proofing program for computers.
