Best large 1920x1200 monitor?

So I'm getting a new laptop with a 128MB GeForce 8400M GS. It looks like the max resolution that it can output is 1920x1200.

So I'm looking for the best / best value fairly large 1920x1200 LCD. Some I'm considering:

Samsung 245BW (24"), ~$479
Dell 2407WFP-HC (24"), ~$680
Dell 2707WFP (27"), ~$1200

Anybody have any thoughts on these, or suggestions of others in this category I'm missing?

Is there any size LCD that is "too bid" if resolution is only 1920x1200?
