If you're a skilled player, you really shouldn't be scared of playing what is most likely the best preflop hand for a raise even if its out of position.

But you don't really have the best hand. With the money this deep, AQo is not as valuable as a small pp or suited connector. Plus the advantage of position is greater. Raising here may be correct with 100xBB stacks, but not with 600xBB.
