Does the deposit bonus and rakeback "vip bonus" automatically add to the account? or is the vip rakeback at end of month?

Bonus is released in $5 increments. Rakeback is paid around the 5th for the previous month.

Payments are all automatically made by Cake Poker.
Very comfortable to see all the stats directly in the lobby.
