I must be the only one, but "Raisin Arizona" always gets me. The end where he sees him self /w his family, always chokes me up.

I also choked up inexplicably at the end of Crash when Matt Dillon's character helped his dad to the bathroom.

Surprised that no one mentioned Rocky, imo one of the best endings ever in cinematic history.
There are a lot of yg's (youngsters) on this forum so many probably have never seen it as it seems most threads on this topic refer to more recent releases. I could be mistaken on this, maybe someone could verify but I believe the last scene in Rocky was either done in one take or improvised? I think similar to the scene in Godfather where Brando dies in front of his grandson. Another small movie that is long forgotten or never even remembered that gets me all the time is the last scene of Running on Empty. River Phoenix was in it and I think he was nominated for an Oscar for his performance.
