Default 0.1/0.2 JTs BB against tagish button raise, loose sb call

Not a great sample size, ~20 hands, button seems to be in the 25/20/3 range. SB seems kind of loose-passive station 70/5/1 type.

PokerStars 0.10/0.20 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

Exactly how I'd play it.

I'd just call PF (sometime i 3bet for deception, against tight button), then checkraise flop. Given your PF action, it's standard.

As a standard, I'd just call preflop here. If SB also goes to SD a ton, I won't always bet the turn either.

[/ QUOTE ]Pretty much just preflop and turn. Just making sure this isn't too aggressive here not head's up on a [good] draw.

I am not blind defense expert, but with BTN's stats, he'd be raising pretty lighly in steal situations. I would like a raise slightly better than a call because of this. Also send him a signal that stealing is discouraged.

Turn bet is fine. You actually picked up some more outs, and villains often peel off flop and fold turn UI here.

Don't 3-bet preflop with J-high in a 3-way pot. If SB had folded, a 3-bet is better.

JTs is not gonna win UI and it doesnt have an eq edge aginst the BTN's range and SB's range to 3-bet. If you 3-bet it preflop it is because you want to represent a big hand and fold out better hands on certain flops.

Since SB is so loose and BTN's range is huge its not total spew but in general it is no good to 3-bet JTs 3 way.

Both pf call and 3bet have merits, as stated above. I.d prolly just call. I like it otherwise.

What if Sb ch/raises or other vill raises river?
Could you fold this? I think I could and be pretty happy with that. despite it being a big pot and hitting my hand. maybe I'd ch/call one back on the river to avoid the situation.

Should I, is another matter. Maybe at .1/.2 I'm giving too much credit.
