I guess I'm not smart enough to be a Sr. Network Tech either.

on a somewhat related note... what do you guys think about ending your emails with things other then the usual "thanks" or "regards"? Im used to using "peace", but im not sure if they appreciate it at my office (im a software engineer fwiw). What if i tried to compromise with "peace and regards"? I also pretend to be British and snobby, so it comes in handy.
