Things you bring to the table with you?
Hi everyone I'm new here, but have been playing in B&M for almost 3 years, mostly in AC as its only a 90 min drive or so.
I play mostly at the Borgata and Trop: 4/8-10/20 limit and 2/5 nl Just wondering what everyone else brings w/ them for longer sessions? (12+ hours) I bring: Every hour or so its nice to get that gunky feeling off your hands from chips and cards(I mean come on look at some of these people your playing with) and: Just two things that make it a little less bearable to sit for a long time. |

I also like to bring a couple of moist wipes with me - When I take a break I like to wipe down and refresh my face.
Also, (from my single days) I carry in my car an overnight bag. Within it, I have toothpaste & brush. Small bar of soap. Mouth rinse. Deodrant. Moisturiser and other such bathroom items. I also always have a change of socks, T-shirt and shoes in my car (I keep fresh clothes for when I go to the gym). Often, after a number of hours at the table it's good to take a break - go to my car and freshen up. Changing my socks and shoes is a big part of that. |

Card capper (same as avatar)
Ipod Smokes Lighter (I play in non-smoking rooms the most often, so I take a lot of breaks, especially after winning or losing a big pot). |

Re: Things you bring to the table with you?
Depends on what I'm doing. My standard is "nothing but money" - I use a chip as a card protector, and if my hands get dirty I have no problem washing them in the restroom. However, there's a few optional items that I might bring if I have specific concerns. Most of it is more underground/home stuff than B&M:
Water (for games with no or poor drink service) S&W 640 (for games where it's legal and prudent to have it) A pair of sunglasses with a red tint and high chromatic aberration in the blues (for spotting marked decks and as read defense) A card protector that's a sheet of polycarbonate doped for a high index (you can't see most kinds of marking through it) |

Re: Things you bring to the table with you?
I bring lots of stuff. I used to bring just a card protector and a little memo book to track my results.
Now I have headphones and a hoodie, cigars or a pipe, a poker book to read if the wait is long, sometimes sugar free candy and I catch myself thinking a pillow and a blankey would be nice for nap time. |

Just the basics - card protector (most of the time, generally if playing a tournament I'm more inclined to bring one), Ipod in case of horrible table, and a couple granola bars.
