Protecting my blind too much?
So am I trying to protect my blind too much here?

Re: Protecting my blind too much?
Preflop, against a typical opponent, I like fold then call then raise in that order.
I think you can bet/fold this river against a passive opponent. |

Re: Protecting my blind too much?
I would be folding preflop, K3s is not such a great hand, and at 3/6 you only have 1$ invested so far in the small blind. I do not even complete if there aren't multiple limpers.
As played, I would bet the river and hope he folds his overcards, if he calls I am expecting 55-88? |

Re: Protecting my blind too much?
Absolutely nothing good can come of three-betting this PF when your blind is 1/3 a small bet. Fold it.

Re: Protecting my blind too much?
1. Definitely fold pre-flop.
2. Flop and turn look good by me. 3. I hate rivers like this, basically because betting and checking both feel painful to me. Just make the decision based on a read: will this opponent bet more hands than he calls with, or vice versa? Go from there. Against a standard, aggressive opponent, checking to induce a bluff is probably a bit better than betting and hoping to get called by an unimproved A high. |
