What makes you think villain has AA here instead of another set, JK, or a bluff?

Mostly his stats. Yeah, he looks aggressive, but if there's ever a spot to be a tricky, trappy player, it's now. I mean, if he has KJ, why is he checking the turn, you know? The A probably helps you (as the PFR) and his hand is disguised. But AA helps him a ton, and he thinks you might have KQ/KK type of hands here. You played right into this trap on the river.
